China's Western City Of Community Governance Model Study

How to choose the community governs pattern is an essential subject as an important social issue during the fast urban development and the acceleration of urbanization process. Until now, we still can not get a unified understanding of the division of the community governance pattern. The content about the community pattern just has some principle requirements and have not formed a complete theoretical model of community governance. Considering the context of the current governance model of urban communities in China Research Status, this article intend to do some theoretical thinking and analysis to form the govern pattern of the western urban community. The goal of this thesis is to ensure the common interest radically and provide some new ideas and references of the real problem of our urbanization.As a developing Province in the western region, how to lean from the successful experience of the foreign and the domestic community governance and problem for the urban communities in our province actual governance model have a great significance for the Shaanxi harmonious society construction. According to the analysis of the Xi'an Dong Guan South Street's community, the paper aims at revealing the current problems in the city community governance, and identifying the causes and further seeking solution. The Paper is composed of the introduction Part and other four chapters. The first chapter is to introduce "governance theory", and the application of the urban community governance. Chapter 2 is mainly analysis and reference in some cities at home and abroad community governance model. Chapter 3 the author makes the further research of the Xi'an Dong Guan South Street's community and identifies the problems and reasons. The last chapter is some thoughts of establish new western urban community governance on the basic of analysis.
