With the rapid development of computer and network information technology,modern distance education based on Internet and multimedia technologies is gradually becoming an emerging education method.At the s.ame time,the increasing maturity of streaming media technology has also contributed to resource sharing by modern distance education,which also provides solutions for the imbalance of ed'ucation development between urban and rural areas and between regions.It achieves more equitable sharing of educational resources.Based on RTP/RTCP protocol,multi-slice encoded data transmission technology,congestion control technology and streaming media data buffering,this thesis proposes a combination of software and hardware to achieve effective integration of streaming media technology and distance educ.ation.Employing Hisilicon Hi3531A as the embedded service architecture of the core processor.Multiple modul,es are implemented.They are the authentication login modu,le,console module,real-time data acquisition module,interactive teaching module,information storage module and communication transmission core module.Communication transmission core func.tion adopts real-time transmission technology based on RTP/RTCP protocol'with QoS guarantee f-unction.First,multi-slice encoding is applied and AAC-LC audio and H.264 video encoded data with RTP encapsulation are implemented to reduce the amount of data transmission.Secondly,in order to provide a better QoS guarantee performance,a mirror scaling strategy and an improved RAP congestion control strategy are proposed,and the two strategies are combined.The real-time monitoring of QoS is completed based on the RTCP protocol.Finally,in order to improve the overall performance of the embedded system and ensure the correctness of the data decoding order,the custom sort buffer is established when receiving data.The test results show that the embedded system can provide effective real-time streaming media transmission function,In the case of poor network,the system can guarantee the quality of audio and video transmission service,decrease delay and reduce the packet loss rate.The distance education embedded system is of great practical value and can be popularized to achieve the networking and informationization of off-site education.
