Research On Enhancing Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Higher Vocational Colleges And Its Realization Path

On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech at the colloquium of teachers of Ideological and political theory course at school,emphasizing that we should promote the reform and innovation of Ideological and political theory course and constantly enhance its ideological,theoretical and affinity and pertinence.On December 7,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping made an important speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities.He also pointed out that the ideological and political theory course should be strengthened in improvement,enhance the affinity and pertinence of Ideological and political education,and meet the needs and expectations of students' growth and development.General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches on Ideological and political education are not only the programmatic requirements for ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities,but also a new subject for ideological and political education in Higher Vocational colleges.With the rapid development of social informatization and economic globalization,ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges must accurately grasp the essence of economic globalization.Focusing on the fundamental task of training socialist builders and successors,it helps higher vocational students to correct views,understand and deal with a series of changes,contradictions and challenges,and to form correct outlook on life,values and world outlook.The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges can not accomplish the above tasks without the improvement of educational affinity.Under this background,it is necessary and realistic to strengthen the research on affinity of Ideological and political education in Higher Vocational colleges.This research obtains first-hand information from ideological and political educators and students in Higher Vocational Colleges by means of questionnaires,and systematically clarifies the affinity of Ideological and political education in Higher Vocational Colleges through five parts:introduction,overview of Ideological and political affinity issues in Higher Vocational colleges,analysis of current situation,principles to be followed in affinity promotion and specific realization paths,conclusions and prospects.The background and current situation of the study of affinity,as well as the problems existing in the affinity of Ideological and political education in Higher Vocational colleges,such as insufficient attention,lack of assessment,insufficient awareness of educational objects by educators,the disconnection between theory and practice,and the lack of various elements of affinity,are also discussed.The specific ways to enhance the affinity of education are put forward,that is,to create strong atmosphere of conducive affinity to the promotion of Ideological and political education,to build a team of Ideological and political educators full of affinity,to choose the ideological and political education content closely in line with the reality,and use the ideological and political education methods that keep pace with the times.
