A Comparative Study Of Talent Training Modes Between Evergrande Football School And Fuli Campus Football

The development of the football has risen to the national strategy,the reserve force is weak,and the culture mode is one of the important reasons for the development of Chinese football.In this study,the methods of comparative analysis,expert interview and field survey were used to study the target,the training process and the quality of the training of Evergrande Real's Real Madrid Football School and the University of Fuli campus.This paper discusses the characteristics of the two modes of personnel training,and provides reference and reference for the training of Chinese football talents.The results of the research show that since the establishment of Evergrande's full school,the capital investment is obviously higher than that of the rich-power campus football;the training goal of Evergrande's foot school is the "output type",namely,the national or the league is a good player,while the training goal of the rich-power campus is to build the school ladder;The training scheme of Evergrande's full-time school is the "closed system",while the football of the rich-power campus is the "to go to the training system";the annual competition rate and the competition level of Evergrande's full-school students are better than that of the rich-power campus football.The conclusions of this study are as follows:Through the study and training in this school,the main goal of Evergrande Football School is to cultivate elite athletes for the club;Fuli campus football is to build "new campus ladder",for the club to cultivate outstanding athletes as the main goal.The training objectives are basically the same,and the ways and strategies of cultivation are different.The enrollment of Evergrande Football School is oriented to the whole country,while the recruitment of Fuli campus football echelon is based on Guangdong Province as a campus football pilot.Evergrande Football School's enrollment range is wider,and the localization of Fuli campus football echelon recruitment is easier to absorb local students.The culture teachers of Fuli campus football are stronger and more stable than those of Evergrande Football School.The cultural achievement of Fuli campus football echelon students is obviously higher than that of Evergrande football school students.This is mainly due to the fact that Evergrande football school students are studying in this school from primary school to senior high school,while Fuli campus football echelon students cooperate with key schools at all levels.Fuli campus football cadets carry out "walking training system",while Evergrande Football School's "closed system" youth training is more professional and concentrated.Evergrande Football School training resources allocation advantage is more obvious,coaches more,qualification level is relatively higher,more inclined to younger.Compared with Fuli campus football,Evergrande Football School students have more chances and higher level of competition.The cost of training talents in Evergrande Football School is much higher than that in Fuli Campus Football.Evergrande Football School has obvious advantages in winning prizes in competition and conveying talents to domestic professional leagues,national reserve teams,universities and other institutions.
