In recent years, our country has promulgated a number of documents on strengthening school sports and promoting the all-round development of students' physical and mental health. It can be seen from this that the development of school sports has been promoted as a national strategy, and our country is making every effort to promote the healthy development of students' physical fitness.Nowadays, the change of living environment makes it inevitable to go through the rapid development of industrialization, and the environmental pollution brought about by industrialization is also increasing. In order to implement the concept of "exercise one hour a day" proposed by the Ministry of Education and achieve the purpose of "continuous practice in special weather",the development of indoor aerobics is necessary and feasible. As an indoor exercise in the classroom, indoor exercise has the effect of allowing students to exercise their bodies and cultivate their emotions without leaving the classroom. Therefore, the development of a set of physical and mental development of primary school students and sports needs of indoor aerobics to make up for the lack of sports activities in school has an important role and significance. This paper takes the creation of indoor aerobics at the "level one" stage of primary school as the research object, and investigates the relative lack of indoor physical activity in school physical education.Through the methods of literature, observation, expert interview, experimental research and questionnaire survey, the author made, tested and analyzed the indoor aerobics at the "level one" stage of primary school. The findings are as follows:(1)Through the monitoring of the average heart rate and the maximum heart rate during the student's exercise,it is found that the exercise load of this indoor exercise is within the range of medium and large intensity, which meets the student's exercise needs at this stage.(2)By comparing the changes in heart rate before and after the students did exercises,it was found that the heart rate of the students was basically the same as the quiet heart rate 5 minutes after the end of the exercise. Therefore, the load arrangement of indoor aerobics at the "Level 1" stage of primary school is reasonable and conforms to the students 'physical and mental development.characteristics.(3)Through the questionnaire survey of the students in the first grade(1)and second grade(2)classes,it is concluded that the selection of movements, music andequipment in this indoor aerobics set has been loved and recognized by most students. And most students said that indoor aerobics has a certain positive impact on themselves and are willing to learn more kinds of indoor aerobics to enrich campus life.Recommendations:(1)Each school should formulate relevant systems and set up a supervision group to punish the phenomenon of physical education classes being occupied, and ensure that students 'physical education courses are carried out normally.(2)With the changes of the times, students 'preferences tend to be diversified.Indoor aerobics should be based on the current trend, keep pace with the times, and make changes to the content once or twice.(3)In the process of teaching indoor aerobics, physical education teachers should give full play to the concept of "effective teaching" according to the characteristics of students at the "Level 1" stage, and bring the practice effect of indoor aerobics to the extreme.(4)The classroom dust phenomenon caused by indoor sports needs to be paid attention, and measures to prevent dust can effectively avoid the damage caused by secondary pollution to students.
