With the reform of education level,China has paid more attention to the physical health of adolescents since the 21 st century,and the number of sports events on primary school campus has gradually increased.Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption(guo fa [2014] no.46),issued by the State Council on October 20,2014,national fitness has been regarded as a national strategy.From here we see that,strengthening national fitness has become a long-term strategic policy of our country.Cheerleading is a sports project with three characteristics of team,fashion and vitality,which corresponds to the lively,cheerful and innocent character of primary school students.Therefore,the validation and implementation of the required sets of Cheerleading laid a strong foundation for Cheerleading to enter the campus.In this paper,Xi'an primary schools to carry out the "National Cheerleading Routines " as the research object.The subjects were 20 physical education teachers and 400 students who participated in the "National Cheerleading Routines " teaching in Xi'an.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the current situation the required sets of Cheerleading,teachers' situation,students' situation and the factors affecting the development of required sets of Cheerleading in Xi 'an primary schools.The corresponding strategies are put forward,and the results are as follows:1."National Cheerleading Routines" in the design of movement and music can be recognized by teachers,style suitable for primary school students,can be better popularized in the campus.Through the analysis,we know that the "National Cheerleading Regulation Routine" has different forms in primary schools in Xi'an.Among them,the prescribed action is mainly set up by the Cheerleading School Team and the demonstration routine is mainly set up by the Cheerleading Association.2.The gender ratio of Cheerleading teachers in primary schools in Xi'an is not balanced.Teachers' academic qualifications are mainly concentrated in undergraduate courses.Teachers are generally young.Half of the teachers are dedicated to aerobics.Most teachers understand the "National Cheerleading Routines" by participating in training.The male-female ratio of primary school students in Xi'an participating in the "National Cheerleading Routines" is not balanced.The way for students to understand the "National Cheerleading Routines" is mainly through classroom teachers' explanations.The learning content is mainly flower ball Cheerleading.Students who have participatedin the "National Cheerleading Routines" learning have participated in social activities.3.The main factors affecting the development of the "National Cheerleading Routines" in primary schools in Xi'an include the imperfect competition system,unbalanced promotion and publicity areas,and insufficient awareness of the value of the Cheerleading movement by school leaders.4.Relevant social organizations can actively innovate and develop new teaching and propaganda APP,and make full use of existing resources to provide better understanding and participation platform for Cheerleading Communicators and participants;Shaanxi Cheerleading Committee can organize professional personnel to arrange Cheerleading maneuvers suitable for their own development for students of different ages.5.Schools should follow the national policy,actively declare star-rated Cheerleading clubs,establish characteristic schools of Cheerleading,enrich the opening forms of Cheerleading on campus,introduce teaching equipment and guide students to participate actively;leaders should pay more attention to Cheerleading,introduce excellent talents,increase investment,organize relevant competitions and expand the platform for students to participate in Cheerleading.6.Teachers should take the initiative to learn.They should improve their own knowledge system and learn different styles of Cheerleading.Secondly,they should improve their own sports skills,action creation ability and music production ability,and be good at communicating with students,understanding students' preferences,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,optimizing teaching methods,and cultivating students' interest in learning and awareness of lifelong physical exercise.
