The Research On Cultivation Of University Entrepreneurship Culture

In the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",entrepreneurial culture embodies the spirit of the present times with reform and innovation as the core in the wave of modernization and promotes great prosperity and development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.As the main front of building advanced social culture,colleges and universities inherit,carry forward and pioneer current tendencies in society,entrepreneurial culture has come into being at colleges and universities uniquely.The cultivation of entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities plays an important role in transforming entrepreneurship from top-down national will to bottom-up mass behavior.Promoting cultivation of entrepreneurial culture,stimulating entrepreneurial consciousness of university students and improving their entrepreneurial ability can not only effectively alleviate rising umemployment,but also promote the development of colleges and universities themselves and the progress of an innovative country.Drawing on the understanding and reflecion on present social background,the effective approach to cultivation of entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities represents a great mission facing with us to build socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.The first part of introduction aims to explain research background,significance,ideas and methods as well as provide literature review both at home and abroad.Drawing on the previous study,this paper expounds four basic forms of connotation of entrepreneurial culture at the material,movement,institutional and ideological levels and four distinctive features of inclusive opening-up,scientific exploration,human-centered education and cultural extension deeply rooted at universities.With an in-depth analysis of marxist outlook on culture,youth,practice and the theory of all-round development of people,it further expounds guiding significance of the basic principles of marxism for cultivation of entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities with the practice,which serves as the theoretical foundation for the following parts.In addition,cultivation of entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting students' comprehensive ability,development of colleges and universities and progress of an innovative country.It analyses the real problem of serious homogeneity,weak guidance,utilitarianism and weak integration in cultivating entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities and summarizes five reasons,namely the traditional ideas,imperfect system and mechanism,gap between theory and practice,inadequate facilities.Lastly,in light of the concept of ideology,system form,activity form and physical form,this paper offers some suggestions for five approaches to the cultivation of entrepreneurial culture at colleges and universities,including the concept of education for people,sound cultivation system,practice system,material facilities and social and enterprise security system in view of marxist outlook on youth,all-round development of people,practice and culture.
