In recent years, with the expansion of college enrollment, the number of college graduates keeps increasing, and the employment situation is becoming increasingly tense. In addition, emerging domestic entrepreneurial activities have become an important driving force for economic development. The report of 18 th Party Congress pointed out that encouraging multi-channel and multi-form of employment, promoting entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities. Entrepreneurship has become the important step to resolve the conflict between graduates' supply and demand. As important national talent pool resources, contemporary college students have acquired certain expertise and have been creative by accepting higher education. They are the country's major science and technology entrepreneurial group in the future. Their entrepreneurial intention has a profound impact on the future domestic entrepreneurship. Considering the current system of higher education, local colleges and universities are the main force among colleges and universities. The entrepreneurship education is important to improve the students' entrepreneurial intention, which is of great value to predict future college students' intention and helpful to find more effective ways to stimulate students' intention.Under the above background, this thesis identifies the research topic as studying the effects of entrepreneur education of the local colleges and universities on the students' entrepreneurial intention. Firstly, this thesis reviews related literature of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship intention. Based on the theory of planned behavior, factors of affecting local universities' entrepreneurship education are divided into three aspects, which are students' attitude, launching of entrepreneurship education, and the investing of resources. The local social entrepreneurial environment is taken full accounted and is taken as the moderator. Accordingly, the theoretical model of this thesis is constructed, and relevant assumptions are put forward. By collecting first-hand data through questionnaires of four Chengdu local colleges and universities, adopting AMOS18.O to build structural equation, and using regression analysis to study moderation, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship education on the students' intention is discussed.According to the general idea of putting forward questions, analyzing and solving problems, this thesis layouts in five chapters. Each chapter is organized as follows. The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter starts from the research background, then proposes questions, elaborates theoretical and practical significance of the study. And detailed research content, framework, methods and innovations are introduced. In the second chapter, literature review is raised. This chapter describes the theoretical basis of this study. It reviews on and concludes the domestic and foreign existing researches of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship intention. Then based on the point of penetration, the concepts and dimensions of related variables are defined and divided. The third chapter is the theoretical basis and model building. Based on the previous chapter, this chapter introduces the theoretical basis, clarifies the relationship between each variable, builds theoretical model of the mechanism that how the entrepreneurship education influences the college students' intention, and proposes the study assumptions. In Chapter four, the scale questionnaire is firstly designed and verified of its reliability and validity, thus the corresponding scale is prepared. Secondly, the author analyzes the recovering data, and verifies the proposed model and related assumptions through application of reliability and validity analysis, principal component analysis, regression analysis and structural equation model. And finally the author draws a thorough description of the mechanism.Chapter five is suggestions. Based on empirical research and analysis, this chapter discusses related results, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to local universities and governments.Innovations in this thesis are manifested in three aspects:(1), Local college students are selected as the research subject, which has made up for the lack of empirical research in local colleges' entrepreneurial intention to some extent.(2),Instead of understanding local universities' entrepreneurship education as one big traditional concept, based on the theory of planned behavior in this thesis, factors of affecting local universities' entrepreneurship education are divided into students' attitude, launching of entrepreneurship education, and the investing of resources.(3),In this thesis, based on the previous aspect, local social entrepreneurial environment is introduced as the moderator to create the research model of this thesis. To a certain extent, this research not only enriches the model of graduates' entrepreneurial intention study, but also broadens the application of the theory of planned behavior.
