Research On The Cultivation Model Of Talents With Entrepreneurial Skills In Colleges And Universities

Talent cultivation is the central task and essential mission of colleges and universities. Cultivating talents with entrepreneurial skills is the inevitable requirement of social and economic development on talent cultivation model transformation, it is meaningful. It leans heavily on the entrepreneurship education. The connotation of enterprise education is develop students'comprehensive quality and social adaptability. Comparing to the advanced colleges and Universities abroad, enterprise education of our country is still on the beginning stage, so how to construct a suitable cultivation model for talent with entrepreneurial skills is very important to the development of higher education in China.The article is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the reason and meaning to study on the cultivation model of talents with entrepreneurial skills in colleges and Universities, preliminary research results, structure and methods of paper. In the second part, comment on entrepreneurship and its related concepts, meanings of talent cultivation model, and then points out the connotation and its features of talents with entrepreneurial skills. In the third part, it indicate the necessity of constructing talents with entrepreneurial skills. A questionnaire survey of basic quality for entrepreneurship was conducted among three hundred undergraduates from different majors of three Universities. Analyzed about the questionnaire, the author indicated that the undergraduates of our country is generally short of basic quality for entrepreneurship. Combined with practical, the author further analyzed the disadvantages of traditional model of talents cultivation, and points out the significance of cultivating talents with entrepreneurial skills. In the fourth part, the cultivation models for talent with entrepreneurial skills both in American and British universities have been elaborated. Referring to their successful practices, the cultivation model of Chinese Universities can be set up. Finally, the article explains the differences between current talents cultivation models. Then a new cultivation models for talent with entrepreneurial skills is put forward. That is called"two courses, two stages, trinity of knowledge, ability and quality", which contains the followings: together with lecturing in the classroom and practical training; from popular enterprise education stage to elite enterprise education stage; integrating imparting knowledge with practice and quality education; bringing students all-round, harmonious and sustainable development. The setup of this model is carried out in four aspect, which are curriculum provision, teaching method, ranks of teachers and evaluation system of talent cultivation model.To structure this model, the revolution of pedagogy and teaching method in universities is needed to change for enterprise education. This article aims to cause attention and intensive study, and continued efforts are made to propel comprehensive reform on cultivation model in colleges and Universities.
