Study On The Application Of Project Management Method In The Scientific Research Project In University

Scientific research project is the core of academic task and the embodiment of comprehensive strength in university.So scientific and efficient management is very necessary.After the characteristics of scientific research project in university and its management being expounded,it is with the starting point of an engineering research center which is based on the university that the problems in the management of scientific research project are discussed and the reasons are analyzed in the thesis.Then,the necessities and feasibilities of introducing modern project management technology are studied.By the advanced methods of project management being summarized,how to enhance and regulate scientific research project team management,schedule management and risk management are suggested,including the human resource management,the stakeholder management,the WBS,the Gantt chart and the FMEA,etc.Based on these analyses,an innovative Management Mode for the university characteristics is explored and designed.Finally,a scientific research case of the engineering research center is given.And the practice of new management mode and methods makes the case successfully completed.It is proved that the Management Mode is correct,effective and normative.The results of this thesis offer some reference and application value for the project management in the engineering research center,which can also help to improve the level and sustainable development of scientific research.
