This paper discusses the several effects of “high school sports specialization” teaching reform on the current situations of sports teaching in Weiyu Middle School.It elaborates the differences between traditional sports course and the sports course after reform in each aspect of teaching objectives,course setting,site equipment,teaching contents,etc,under the guiding idea of “trying to make students master a sports skill that accompanies them for the whole life and foster the interest and habit of the lifelong exercises”,pushes “80 minute” teaching mode,and urges high school students to take part in sports exercises positively and systematically.Through literature data method,this author collects large amounts of literature on the course reform of “high school sports specialization”,takes the special course of table tennis as the example,conducts the score comparison between teaching reform class and non-teaching reform class by the retrospective experimental statistical method.Through the data analysis,it can be seen that the “high school sports specialized” table tennis lesson has achieved primary effects.The sustainable development of“high school sports specialization” should start from teaching mode,specifies the cultivation of the lifelong sports goal,which should not only emphasize the equipment and site,but also provides the communicate platform for teachers and establish the cooperative mechanism.The current stage of “high school sports specialization” teaching reform belongs to the exploration stage,the facilities and equipment after curriculum reform need the input of school,and the physical agility ofsports teachers,special skills,syllabus and teaching plans all cater the new challenge and understanding.The research on the course setting,course contents and teaching evaluation of “high school sports specialization” is not profound enough,and more experts and scholars are expected to conduct the long-term and systematic research.
