It is one kind of high schools which are managed according to the new idea, the new mentality, and its characteristics in running the school are expressed in the new school idea, the school mechanism, the school pattern and the flexible management system.The independent college must grasp the characteristics of applying undergraduate talented persons to construct the personnel training pattern which has distinct characteristic of the professional skill education, and shows the ability standard and the innovational strength. The talents-training target aims at the multi-skill talented person who has the regular and qualified special skills, raising the high level applied and technological talented person who was supposed to has the comprehensive ability in the moral character, knowledge and capability as well as the physical and moral integrity. Besides, constituting the latest personnel training plan which is based on the foundation of original teaching plan.
