A Study On The Optimization Of Training Mode Of Applied Talents Of The A Independent College In Zengcheng

In China, independent institute made great contributions to the talents cultivation and ithas become an important component. More and more Independent colleges are aware of theirown development conditions and social needs, so as to find a good point between their ownadvantages and social demand, and they have aimed the talent training at cultivating thepractical talents, forming a unique talent model.In order to seek more space for its survivaland development, firstly, we find the existing literature about the mode of talents cultivationabout independent college, and then we analyze the problems existing in the talentscultivation mode of the independent college, and then analyze the causes of the problem oftalent training model. Lastly, we put forward relevant countermeasures.According to the above thoughts, this paper is divided into four parts: the first chapterintroduces background of the problem purpose of the study, the research approach andmethodology.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the talents cultivation andsome relative concepts.The third chapter discusses the condition of talents cultivation of Aindependent college, and we affirm the achievement what we have.The fourth chapteranalyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the talents cultivation of the independentcollege and its causes. The forth part, the paper mainly analyzes the“3+0.5+0.5”model, acurrent talent training orientation of independent college, and try to find the reasons.According to the survey, there are four problems in the talent training orientation of Aindependent college, which including talent training orientation, course system, conditions ofsecurity, quality assurance, teachers’ ensure systems and evaluation of talent training system.The paper analyzes the causes of the problem of talent training model; includingmacroeconomic regulation and control are not in place, the education funds are not enough;the school mechanism is not standardized. The fifth part introduces talent training modeconstruction principles, and then analyzes how to improve the quality system of talent trainingmodel, including setting up the majors and courses, meeting the needs of society, establishingthe practice and student systems and examining teachers.
