Research On The Teaching Model Of The Productive Training Base In Design And Production Of Tourism Crafts Of Secondary Vocational Schools

Tourist handicrafts have become an important source of tourism income in China as a tourist commodity under the background of the rapid development of China's tourism industry,so the tourism market has increased the demand that the professional talents of tourist crafts.Vocational school's teaching model and quality are related to the future for the development of tourism industry as the cradle of training talents in tourism industry.It's very import to innovate the teaching model for deepen the integration of production and cooperation between vocational schools and enterprises,It's the key link for vocational schools to educate the training skilled talents and an effective way to improve the training quality and employment competitiveness of vocational education talents.This paper reviews on the teaching model of productive training base in secondary vocational schools,and finds that there is little research on the teaching model of productive training base in China,as well as no research based on the the Design and production of Tourism crafts.This paper summarizes the teaching model of productive training base in secondary vocational schools by means of literature analysis,and generalizes the characteristics and functions of productive training base,The present situation of productive training base in secondary vocational school and the teaching mode widely used in productive training base in secondary vocational school.Case study on the teaching model of "teaching factory" in sample secondary vocational school,induction of the operating mechanism of "teaching factory" teaching model in sample secondary vocational school s:project practice as the carrier;"enterprise campus" as the basis;group training for the form of teaching.Although the teaching model of "teaching factory" in the sample secondary vocational school has achieved initial results,there are some shortcomings in the teaching model: the teaching system is not perfect;the curriculum system isn't in place,there are leadership from different quarters often happens;and the concept of the students needs to be changed.From five aspects of perfecting teaching management system,renewing teaching idea;perfecting teaching evaluation;strengthening teacher construction and developing school-based curriculum;countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for other se condary vocational schools to innovate teaching model of productive training base.Contribute to the reform and development of the teaching model of vocational education and explore a new way of integration of production and education in China.
