Study On Productive Training Base Construction Strategy And Practice Of The Secondary In Vocational School

Cultivation objectives of secondary vocational education is develop production line of high-quality practical and skilled person. But traditional practical training can not meet the need of production practice.Therefore, secondary vocational schools must have the way which to go get the cultivation goal by building the productive training base with enterprise.The thesis adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaires survey, case study, interview and so on. The thesis thoroughly analyses research results at home and abroad, and the current situation of productive training base.On the basis of research results and problems exist in the productive training base,theoretical and practical study are carried out by using theories of connotation, characteristic and running mode of productive training base. The main contents of the research are as follows: 1.The theory study of productive training base:the running mode,running management mechanisms, teacher-training, practical training projects, teach mode and examination and evaluation system of secondary vocational schools productive training base are discussed, the theory and advice are presented to suitable to productive training base. 2. The practical study of set-up of productive training base:On the basis of theory studies, practical study are developed aim at the mechanical electronic major, and get the suitable running mode, running management method, teacher-training method, combination of work and study and kinds of teacher and student evaluation system which provide advices for building the productive training base.3. The achievements with student, teacher and enterprise are increasing obviously by using the theory and practice of study results, which are meet the demands of training goals of school.The thesis puts forward some basic viewpoints and advices of subject, thus constructs the basic framework and mode of construction of productive training base. In practice, the researches promote the reform of construction of productive training base, and provide references to in constructing of secondary vocational practical training base.
