Study On The Compilation Of Internship Guidance Manual For Logistics Service And Management Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

Secondary vocational practice is an important way for students to improve their skills,consolidate their curriculum knowledge and get into the post.The internship guidance manual has clear internship objectives and standards,which is conducive to better carrying out internship teaching and improving teaching quality and students’ skills.Taking a vocational high school in kunming city as an example,this paper investigates the different types of internships of logistics service and management students in secondary vocational schools from the status to the essence analysis.First,through case studies and interview analysis,the problems of inconsistency in professional orientation and positions,and the incompatibility of students’ internship are analyzed from different angles,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed in depth,combined with an overview of the preparation of the practice guidebook for secondary vocational schools in China.To lay a practical foundation for the compilation of practical guidance manual for logistics service and management major in vocational schools.Secondly,based on the theory of industry-educational integration of school-enterprise cooperation,vocational education internship teaching design,and ability-based education theory,the basic principles,methods,procedures,and contents that should be followed in the preparation of the manual are analyzed and explained to provide for the preparation of the internship guidebook for vocational schools Theoretical basis.Finally,put forward the manual compilation instructions and use suggestions: first,follow the textbook compilation paradigm;second,the manual should be targeted,and the manual prepared by the internship students should be simplified;third,pay attention to the side of different internship types when preparing The focus is different;the fourth is that relevant courses can be set up and the teacher leads the students to study the manual.In addition,the handbook should be universal,in addition to the logistics major,secondary vocational other majors can also be applied,so as to provide reference for thepreparation of other professional students internship guide manual,for China’s secondary vocational education students internship teaching guidance to provide practical research results.
