Adolescence is in the stage of immature personality and undefined values.The choice and judgment of life value are easy to be influenced by the surrounding factors and have strong uncertainty and plasticity.The educational activity is one kind of value creation activity,also is one kind of value choice activity,people's education behavior choice is always controlled by the certain period education value,the education value plays the guiding role to the education cognition,It promotes the practice of education and plays a decisive role in the choice of education.This study is based on the educational values of adolescents in Xinjiang,through issuing questionnaires to four middle schools in Urumqi region,and conducting individual interviews,using SPSS21.0 software to carry on descriptive statistics and difference analysis to the recovered data.According to the correlation and regression analysis,the present situation and the differences and problems of Xinjiang teenagers' educational values are obtained.From the level of individual,school and family,this paper probes into the factors that influence the educational values of adolescents in Xinjiang,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to help them set up positive educational values from the aspects of society,school and family.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The overall educational standard value score of Xinjiang teenagers is higher than that of educational utility value,showing the educational standard value orientation.2.The difference analysis showed that the average score of female self-utility value in quality of life and status improvement was significantly higher than that of male students,and the scores of non-League members in social utility and others' utility were significantly higher than those of League members in terms of gender.In terms of whether they are class cadres or not,the scores of class cadres in the three dimensions of education-based value(intellectual education,physical education and moral education,aesthetic education and labor education),education and employment,the quality of life and the promotion of self-utility value are all scored in the five dimensions of self-utility value of life quality and status improvement.The value was significantly higher than that of non-class cadres.Family location,in sports and moral education standard value and social utility value dimensions,urban students score significantly higher than rural(group field)students,in the quality of life and status to promote self-utility value dimension.The scores of rural students were significantly higher than those of urban students.As far as grade is concerned,there are very significant differences in the scores of self-utility value dimension of living standard and social status in each grade;Father's education level,self-utility value and social utility value dimension in living standard and social status were significantly different,and father's emphasis on children's education was in intellectual education-based value,higher education and employment and students.Living quality and status promote self-utility value,social utility value dimension has extremely significant difference,and there is significant difference between aesthetic education and labor education standard value;There are significant differences in the values of physical education and moral education,the self-utility of education and employment,the utility of others and the value of social utility.The family income has significant differences in the three dimensions of educational standard value(intellectual education,physical education and moral education,aesthetic education and labor education)and the self-utility value dimensions of education and employment.3.Regression analysis: the influencing factors of Xinjiang teenagers' educational values are whether they are class cadres,school location,father's emphasis on children's education and family's annual income.
