Since the National Basic Standards for School with Campus Football Characteristics(Trial Standards)was formulated by the General Office of the Ministry of Education in 2014,the promotion of campus football has risen to a new height,but the problems behind its development have also gradually increased.In order to improve the quality of campus football development and improve the development mechanism of campus football schools,it is particularly important to construct the evaluation system of school with campus football characteristics.In April 2016,Hunan Provincial Education Department also formulated relevant documents for the work of school with football characteristics,namely "Rules for Performance Assessment and Evaluation of Hunan Youth School with Football Characteristics(Trial)"(referred to as "Rules for Evaluation of Hunan Province"),but it has some problems,such as incomplete indicators,inadequate evaluation criteria,and at the same time,the health of the established school with football characteristics.As far as Kang's development is concerned,a scientific evaluation system can better guide its development.Therefore,it is extremely necessary and important to construct a scientific,comprehensive and timeliness evaluation index system for school with campus football characteristics.First of all,through reading and summarizing the relevant literature,browsing the relevant websites of the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education,interviewing the experts and scholars involved in the work of campus football in Hunan Province,and conducting a preliminary investigation and analysis of the current situation of Changsha Campus Football Characteristic Middle School,combined with the two "trial standards",preliminarily determined six first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and three-level indicators.There are 53 indicators and a draft questionnaire is made.Secondly,the Delphi method is used to further screen and classify these initial indicators.After two rounds of expert surveys and feedback data analysis,the corresponding results are obtained.At the same time,factor analysis method is used to analyze the corresponding data obtained from the draft questionnaire,screen and classify the indicators,and the two methods realize the combination of subjective analysis and objective analysis.Finally,seven first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators and 71 third-level indicators were determined.Then it uses the analytic hierarchy process to divide the weight of the index.Finally,the evaluation index system that divides the weights is used to formulate the evaluation scale of Changsha Campus Football Characteristic Middle School.According to the scale,six schools from 16 Campus Football Characteristic Middle Schools in Changsha are selected as the evaluation objects for field experiment evaluation.To verify thefeasibility and timeliness of the performance evaluation index system constructed in this paper.
