Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Hebei Province

Since 2014,the Ministry of education has officially taken the lead in charge of the National Youth school football work.The government has repeatedly mentioned in the document that it is necessary to establish and improve the school football evaluation mechanism and build a scientific and reasonable school football evaluation mechanism and evaluation system.In August 2018,Hebei Provincial Department of Education issued the notice on strengthening the quality management and assessment of the construction of school with campus football characteristics after carefully interpreting the documents of the Ministry of education,urging the construction and management of school with campus football characteristics in Hebei Province.Due to the wide range of evaluation indicators and the general effect of school self-evaluation,it is difficult to fully reflect the specific situation of the school with campus football characteristics in Hebei Province.In order to promote the healthy development of campus football activities in Hebei Province and strengthen the management of campus football school,it is necessary to evaluate the campus football school effectively.However,there are still some problems in the construction of Hebei campus football school.Because the evaluation system and standard of campus football school are not perfect enough,it can not achieve the ideal effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the evaluation system of Hebei campus football characteristic school.By using the methods of documentary,Delphi and field investigation,this paper studies the existing theories and policies,analyzes and determines the basic principles and indicators of the evaluation index system of Hebei campus football characteristic school,and constructs the evaluation system of Hebei campus football characteristic school.According to the established evaluation index system,this paper evaluates the development of campus football activities in Hebei campus football characteristic school,which is conducive to the scientific and clear evaluation of the school running level of Hebei campus football characteristic school,and guides the more scientific managementand development of Hebei campus football characteristic school.The specific conclusions are as follows:The evaluation system of Hebei campus football characteristic school constructed in this paper is based on the theory of system management and the theory model of "condition result",and the four principles of guiding principle,scientific principle,comprehensive principle and operational principle.The purpose of the construction of the evaluation system of the campus football characteristic school in Hebei Province is to guide the more scientific management and development of the campus football characteristic school in Hebei Province It provides theoretical basis for the development of campus football characteristic schools in Hebei Province.This study constructs the evaluation index system of Hebei campus football characteristic school,which includes 4 first level indexes,12 second level indexes and 45 third level indexes.
