Promoting the reform and development of campus football is an important policy and practical action of social governance,sports development reform and school education reform since the 18 th National Congress of China.It is one of the important contents of comprehensive education reform in China under the background of the new era.The significance of the practice of campus football activities is self-evident.However,from the current situation of the development of campus football activities in China,the pressure of the rapid growth of school football characteristics on the formation of coaches and funds leads to the rapid growth of the number of school football characteristics,but the quality of development is insufficient;on the other hand,utilitarian football affects the formation of a good social football cultural atmosphere.Therefore,this paper combs and analyses the current situation of campus football activities in China by using the methods of documentation and questionnaire,aiming at comprehensively understanding the current situation of campus football development,analyzing and pointing out the existing problems,and providing useful reference for promoting the reform and development of campus football.Through investigation,research and analysis,the main current situation at this stage is as follows:1.The Ministry of Education extensively carries out the practice of campus football activities,pays attention to top-level design,system innovation and connotation development,and has achieved certain results in promoting the work of campus football.2.In the practice of campus football activities,there is a lack of support and assistance from local documents which are compatible with the policy texts at the national level.3.With the promotion of a new round of campus football activities,the contradiction between the supply and demand of football education teachers is more prominent,and the ways of training coaches are different,the assessment criteria are different,and the access mechanism is lacking,which seriously affects the development of campus football activities.4.In the construction of campus football culture,81.3% of schools have introduced football into the classroom,25.4% of schools have held football culture festivals,and class competitions are the most popular,accounting for 94%.5.The formation of football teams is one of the popular ways to carry out campus football activities,but the types of participation are single,and the number of participating events is small.The number of teams participating less than 30 times a year is 72.4%.6.35.7% of parents have positive support attitude towards children's participation in school football activities;43.5% of parents have vague and dispensable attitude towards children's participation in school football activities;20.8% of parents have doubts and negative attitude towards children's participation in school football activities.The crux of the problem lies in the differences between top-down reform and local implementation,the serious utilitarianism,the emphasis on quantity rather than quality in the construction of characteristic schools and insufficient investment,and the lack of coordination between departments.In the future,we should scientifically lay out the characteristic school of football on campus,do a good job in top-level design,perfect the evaluation mechanism,supervisory mechanism,implement the reasonable grading management strategy,establish the introduction mechanism,form a new pattern of participation of multi-stakeholders such as government,school and society,and establish the access mechanism of coaches.Make breakthroughs.
