Research On Integrative Service Of Social Work For Severe Chronic Diseases Patient

Severe chronic diseases,mainly malignant neoplasms and uremia,have become one of the biggest factors threatening the life and health of our residents,and severe chronic diseases have the characteristics of severe condition,long treatment cycle and irreversible,so these patients suffer from physiological,psychological,family,social and other aspects of trauma.In recent years,attention to this category of groups has also gradually increased,but the most traditional practice in the implementation of social work services in hospitals is the use of casework,but this does not adequately respond to the multiple needs of patients with severe chronic diseases.Under the guidance of the social work integration theory and the theory of social support,based on the concept of social work with increasing energy orientation,taking patients with severe chronic diseases,such as uremia and malignant tumor,as the research object,the author obtains first-hand data through questionnaire survey,interview method and observation method,and analyzes its needs on the basis of the group work and community work methods are integrated,the social Work integration service for patients with severe chronic diseases in X hospital,in order to respond effectively to the physiological,psychological,family,social and other needs of patients with severe chronic diseases,has achieved initial results in the service of X Hospital,which has been recognized by other departments of the hospital,However,in the absence of an operating manual for medical social workers,social workers oftenfall into an ethical predicament in the process of carrying out their services.In the Social Work integration service of severe chronic diseases,by promoting the reconstruction of the inner order of the individual from the microcosmic and mesoscopic levels and actively creating an environment conducive to solving personal problems,by fully tapping the potential of the clients,enhancing their ability to solve problems,rebuilding the social support network for them,enhancing their confidence in fighting the disease,and establishing an attitude of positive life.At the macro level,we should advocate for the strengthening of care for such groups and recommend to the State that it should strengthen its assistance policies to enable them to have access to health care.
