Since the implementation of the "special post program" in 2006,the relevant issues of special post teachers have gradually entered the field of vision.Special post teachers in rural areas are accompanied by the birth of special groups,in promoting the development of rural education in the process of play an important role in the development process.But from the current point of view,special duty teachers for their professional status is not satisfactory,their life situation in rural areas,working conditions and status of career development in all and design the special posts originally exist certain gap.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the professional stability of rural sports teachers as the research object,so as to provide reasonable suggestions for the professional development of rural PE teachers.Significance and methods of the study,focusing on the analysis of the current academic research on the problem.The second part analyzes the problem from three aspects: the teaching infrastructure,the teaching content and the job satisfaction of the special post teachers in rural sports.The third part is the influence of rural sports special post teachers occupational stability evaluation factors,mainly in the three aspects of the job satisfaction and policy condition and post condition of teaching.The stability of the fourth part of the sports special hillock teacheranalysis,combined with the questionnaire survey and interview survey,respectively from the living conditions,on-the-job training and turnover of three point of view on this issue are analyzed.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion,based on the above analysis,we can draw the conclusion of this paper and give some suggestions to promote the professional stability of rural PE teachers from three aspects: the construction of teachers themselves,the policy and the three aspects of the school.
