This paper is taking factor analysis to research the factors that affect the work stability of young teachers in rural primary schools in C county,Shaanxi Province.Through comprehensive calculation,it obtained the main five factors of influencing working stability shown as follow: The degree of consideration for lovers or family members after work;The degree of recognition of teachers' profession by social personages;Geographical location of the school and its traffic conditions;The economic income and welfare benefits brought about by teachers' work;The work and management ability of the school leaders.The mean value of expected compliance on the main five factors have been calculated.It shows that the two factors of the work and management ability of the school leaders and the geographical location of the school and its traffic conditions just meet the expectations and the rest of three main factors are not in line with expectations.which is under the demographic variables,it can be seen that gender,marital status and monthly income has no significant difference on these five main influencing factors.There is a significant difference in age on the factor of the degree of consideration for lovers or family members after work.There are significant differences in the educational background on the three factors of The degree of recognition of teachers' profession by social personages;Geographical location of the school and its traffic conditions;The economic income and welfare benefits brought about by teachers' work;There are significant differences in professional titles on the factors of the degree of recognition of teachers' profession by social personages;Geographical location of the school and its traffic conditions.According to the existing problems,the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward that to improve the system of rural teachers' mobility;to reduce the burden of irregular work;to create an atmosphere of respecting teachers and improve the status of rural teachers;to improve the welfare of rural teachers;to strengthen education and guidance for rural young teachers and to pay attention to the school management method advance with the times.
