For innovating the supplementary mechanism of rural teachers,for improvingrural school teacher, lack of rural teachers to crack problems,for promoting thebalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education, rural education lagsbehind the low level of problems. In this connection, the state launched a publicrecruitment in the whole college graduates to rural compulsory education schoolsteach job ad hoc (referred to as "special post" Teacher) program."Special post" Teachers are the rookie stage of development of rural education,which can effectively alleviate the problem of staff shortage of teachers in rural areas,improve the teaching quality of teachers in rural areas, in addition to effectively solvethe problem of aging of rural teachers. However, the difficult conditions in rural areas,poor environment, low wages, the policy is not perfect, not right on the money values,the status of teachers in rural areas are not recognized the existence of, among otherfactors, the direct result of the new mechanism for rural teachers appeared universalteaching work in rural areas mistakes and mental disorders of thinking, valuesorientation error, slacking and other issues. These issues directly shaken teachersthought rooted in rural countryside new mechanism that allows them to exist"transaction" idea, the "new mechanism plan" is also facing challenges. Eventually,unable to achieve the change behind the differences in rural education and ruraleducation purposes. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the status quothinking new mechanism of teachers in rural areas, puts forward strategy of keepingstability a top priority.I take the questionnaire approach to teacher Huanggang and Ezhou both primaryand secondary schools in rural areas a new mechanism for the survey, a newmechanism for166rural teachers questionnaires on more than10interviews withteachers in rural New mechanism. For a more objective and comprehensiveunderstanding of the situation, I have a new mechanism to other non-rural teachers,the education department heads, school leaders and other relevant sample surveyinterviews. According to the survey results, I learned that they lower the prevalence ofself-identity, poor ability to adapt to the environment, arduous task of teaching,teaching lack of knowledge, a relatively low income, lack of reasonable training andother issues. Through the questionnaire is easy to see, compared with better benefits,they are more eager to get national attention and humane care of the community. Inaddition, the author through data analysis and regional differences in the stability ofthe new system of rural teachers of Huanggang and Ezhou, gender, income disparities,differences in workload, seniority differences, differences in education, teacherstudent or not the differences, differences in terms of the work of local or foreignrelated, then the current state of mind based on a questionnaire cited rural teachersnew mechanism existed to analyze the stability of some ideological factors are theroot of the problem: poor rural environment, the impact of the inherent ideology,values orientation, lack of a sense of belonging and identity, etc..Finally, the author based on a new mechanism for rural teacher voice in thequestionnaire, the measures proposed to solve the problem of social factors, schoolfactors, personal factors three angles, specific measures are: to increase investment ineducation, protection and benefits, increased social propaganda enhance socialrecognition; strengthening school management, increasing the humane care, personalpractical problem solving, innovative forms of training, improve the promotionsystem; cultivate positive values and strengthen individual career planning andprofessionalism, quality and ability to enhance their employability.
