In recent years, professional self-development of the primary and secondary school teachers has been a hot research topic. It also has been paid highly social extensive attention. How to effectively allow teachers to take the initiative to participate in the teachers professional autonomy development activities is the key task of the educational leader. But teachers’ professional self-development of spiritual security mechanisms are inadequate. Teachers have taken part in the awareness of professional self-development activities, lack of motivation. This is the biggest obstacle to restrict the development of teachers’ professional autonomy. The study is mainly divided into four chapters. Details are as follows:In chapter one, it mainly includes: research proposing, research purpose and contents, research significance, literature review, research method and process.In chapter two, It mainly explains the core concepts and theories. It is related to the core concepts: professional development of teachers, teachers’ professional autonomy development, safeguard mechanism, professional autonomy of teachers to the development of mental security mechanism. It is related to the theoretical basis: Teacher professional development theory and Safeguard mechanism theory.In chapter three, it has content analysis of the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional autonomy spirit safeguard mechanism. It includes the interpretation of spiritual protection mechanism, building the necessity and importance of spiritual protection mechanism analysis, the principles of the scientific and effective primary and secondary school teachers own professional development spirit safeguard mechanism.In chapter four, primary and secondary school teachers’ self professional development of the spirit of safeguard mechanism investigation and analysis. It includes investigating and analyzing of the hazards and the reasons of which the problems of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional autonomy of the current situation of the development of the spirit of safeguard mechanism.In chapter five, it includes remodeling of the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional autonomy development spirit safeguard mechanism. According to its problems and shortcomings, this study suggests that teachers in the spirit of self-development security mechanism should be reshaped from the concepts, institutional and practical aspects. There are many measures. Schools should give full consideration to the spiritual needs of the development of teacher autonomy to construct sound scientific spirit safeguard mechanism, strengthening the cultivation of individual teachers and the internal driving force of independent professional development. Schools should be scientific strategy to safeguard the development of teachers’ professional autonomy spiritual care. Community should meet the spiritual needs of the development of teachers’ professional autonomy offers a variety of convenient conditions. Government should protect the primary and secondary school teachers in professional development independent development of relevant policies.
