A Study On Interpersonal Conflicts In Students' Dormitories Of High Schools

Conflicts are common in daily interactions.High school students are prone to interpersonal conflicts in the dormitory life.Some conflicts plague many high school students and affect the normal life and study of high school students.This study uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of interpersonal conflicts in high school dormitory from three dimensions: cases of Interpersonal conflicts,causes of interpersonal conflicts,ways of coping with interpersonal conflicts.S high school students are selected as the research object in the study.In this survey,260 questionnaires were distributed,19 invalid questionnaires were eliminated,and the final valid questionnaires were 241.At the same time,20 students were selected for interviews and the results showed:The cause of interpersonal conflicts in high school students' dormitory is the result of the interaction between subjective and objective factors.The objective events such as poor habits,living hygiene habits,use of goods,distribution of benefits and labor distribution are all potential sources of conflict.Further analysis found that the interpersonalconflicts felt by high school students were caused by the difference in Student's schedule,followed by noise in the dormitory and the use of public facilities.In addition,the comparison of students of different grades found that high-grade students often have conflicts due to differences in work habits.The conflicts caused by communication barriers and personality differences gradually increase in the second grade,and the third grade students will cause conflicts due to differences in appraisal and values.This leads to an increase in the sense of conflict.A survey of interpersonal conflict management strategies in high school students' dormitory found that in the conflict resolution method,most students tend to cooperate openly to resolve conflicts,and there are also a few students who choose to fight.High school students should improve their self-cultivation,learn interpersonal knowledge,try to avoid bad interpersonal conflicts,face conflicts,and actively deal with conflicts.Schools must strengthen the management of boarders,and the implementation of systems and regulations must be implemented.Teachers should strengthen their own study and participate in various trainings.They often reflect and often summarize in their work.
