At the 2018 NPC and CPPCC sessions,education burden reduction is a hot topic,which attracts wide attention from all walks of life.At the National Conference on Education Concern in 2019,Chen Baosheng,Minister of Education,once again stressed the importance of reducing teachers' burden.The topic of reducing teachers' burden once again aroused the resonance of teachers.At the Hunan Education Work Conference in 2019,teachers' burden reduction has also become the focus.In recent years,there has been an increasing number of issues affecting teachers' education and teaching,and many jobs with little connection with education have been applied to teachers.At present,teachers' explicit and implicit work burdens deserve to be highly vigilant and reduced.This paper mainly studies the problem of overweight and burden reduction of junior middle school teachers.Through interviews and surveys,this paper makes a thorough understanding and Research on the work burden of junior middle school teachers in G Street C School in Changsha City,Hunan Province.The problem of the workload of junior middle school teachers in C school has the same background as that of most junior middle school teachers,but there are also differences.Through two semesters of personal follow-up study on S teachers in the Middle School of C school,this paper synthesizes S teachers' years of teaching and learning life,and consults many junior middle school teachers' related events with the help of Internet platform,in order to explore the present situation of junior middle school teachers' work burden and the assumption of countermeasures to reduce it.Based on this,the article is divided into five chapters in the study.First of all,the introduction of the paper.This paper introduces the origin,literature review,research methods and ideas,and the definition of core concepts of the research on junior middle school teachers' workload and burden reduction.Secondly,the present situation of junior middle school teachers' daily work load is analyzed,which covers two aspects: the related work load of junior middle school teachers' daily education and teaching and the unrelated work load of education and teaching.By summarizing the related and unrelated work burdens of junior middle school teachers' education and teaching,the present situation of junior middle school teachers' basic work is presented.The present situation is in front of us.We must think deeply about the problem of overburdened work of junior middle school teachers.Thirdly,the article carries out an analysis of the overburden of junior high school teachers' work.It mainly highlights the overburdens of junior middle school teachers in the bright place and some implicit overburdens.This chapter discusses the differences among junior middle school teachers,which leads to the problem of overburdened work in the process of work.Then,the article explores the harmfulness and attribution analysis of the overburdened work of junior high school teachers.The harmfulness is discussed from the two dimensions of teachers' individual life and education life,and attribution analysis is carried out from the external objective level and teachers' subjective level.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions on how to reduce the burden of junior middle school teachers' work.The suggestions focus on the innovation of management concept,the evaluation mechanism of teachers,the construction of teachers' morality and style,and the subjective efforts of teachers.The main purpose of this study is to lighten some of the “formalism” workload of junior middle school teachers and unnecessary internal workload in their work,to enhance the value of their individual life and educational life,to enrich their personal life and educational life,to educate people in ordinary positions,to make teaching a pleasure,to compose magnificent emphasis,and to create a brilliant life.
