Degree and graduate education is an important way to cultivate high-end talents and shoulder the important mission of talent export and scientific research innovation.Under the background of enrollment expansion in higher education,the contradiction of postgraduate students education quality is becoming more and more prominent.It is of great practical significance to pay attention to the scientific research experience of graduate students to improve the level of scientific research and the quality of education.With the rise of the concept of "student-oriented" and the increasing complexity of scientific research tasks,as an important manifestation of scientific research socialization,the model and characteristics of the community are the future trend of the development of postgraduate education and scientific research.The purpose of this study is to combine the theory of scientific research community with the research experience of postgraduate students,based on the perspective of student subject in scientific research community,from the scientific research environment,scientific research content,scientific research relationship and scientific research harvest four dimensions to collection research experience in the process of training.According to the investigation of 1809 academic postgraduate students in Hunan province,the study makes use of statistical analysis method and non-structural interview to explore the problems and specific reasons of scientific research training of postgraduate students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for improvement.The results show that the overall score of scientific research experience is general,exist some problems such as the opportunities of academic platform and communication are not enough,the professional resources and information equipment are not perfect,the combination of some courses is not strong,and the orientation of masterundefineds students is unclear.Lack of initiative in scientific research,research skills training needs to be improved and other issues;There are significant differences in the scientific research experience among population variables,such as grade,discipline,college background and graduate college background.There is a positive correlation between scientific research experience and scientific research environment,scientific research content,scientific research relationship and scientific research harvest,the higher the postgraduate students of participation in academic activities,the stronger the positive experience of scientific research.The reasons that affect postgraduate students scientific research experience include subjective cognitive dislocation of scientific research,lack of learning motivation and low rate of resource conversion,as well as weak scientific research environment,elaborate scientific research system,disjointed curriculum content and insufficient space interaction and other objective factors.Therefore,in the light of the concept and superiority of the community,from the aspects of scientific research environment,scientific research content,scientific research interaction,scientific research system,and so on,the author puts forward the views of symbiosis,sharing platform,content optimization,common exchange and freedom of joint construction,etc.In order to build the teacher-student scientific research community,optimize postgraduates' scientific research experience,and provide reference for improving the quality of education and training.
