Colleges and universities are the base for personal training,knowledge diffusion and technical innovation,which should be the logo of the civilized society and the banner of human morality.However,influenced by the international situation and the adjustment of material interests relationship during China's social transition,the scientific research morality is gradually becoming a scarce quality of current postgraduates.As a potential strength of academic community in our country,the postgraduates shoulder the historic mission to flourish and promote the development of our country's scientific culture.The level of postgraduates' scientific research and moral quality not only reflect their own academic and character conditions,but also relate to whether China's socialist universities can cultivate the new academic talent with innovative spirit and ability,even relate to whether our science and education strategy can be successfully implemented or not.Therefore,for the country,universities or a personal student,it is significant to focus on the education of postgraduate's scientific research and moral education.Through the literature research,questionnaire surveys and advanced experience at home and abroad,this thesis points out the problems of postgraduate's scientific research moral and discusses the reasons of scientific research moral absence of postgraduates.And on this basis,I also put forward the countermeasures in order to strengthen postgraduate's scientific research and moral education.The full thesis is divided into four parts:Part one is the preface to introduce the current research at home and abroad;Part two starts from the concept of scientific research morality,and also clarifies the main elements of scientific research ethics as well as the theory of it;Part three points out the main performance of scientific research and moral absence of current postgraduates, and analyzes the main reasons for these actions.I will explain this problem from subjective and objective points.The subjective reasons include:the dislocation of academic values,the impact of impetuous mentality,the lower of scientific and moral quality,the dislocation of world outlook,moral outlook as well as value outlook,their own lack of moral self-discipline,and research capacity is not high et.The objective reasons include:the absence of social environment credit,the one-sidedness of academic evaluation mechanisms,the deficiency of supervision punishment mechanisms,the non-standard on the management of academic publishing market,the network facilities to reduce deviant costs,the lack of scientific research and moral education in colleges and universities,and the impact of instructor et.Part four is the most important part,which mainly absorbs the theories and practical experiences at home and abroad,and combines with internal and external reasons to improve the suggestions on how to strengthen postgraduates' scientific moral education.It involves the following specific measures:purify the scientific research morality education environment,sound scientific research and moral system,norm the scientific and moral education, pay attention to raise scientific research capacity. |
