A Study On The Current Situation Of Scientific Research Ability Of Academic Postgraduates And Its Influencing Factors

Scientific research is the foundation of learning,the source of innovation and an important thrust of social development and progress.Graduate students are the gainers of highest level of education.The scientific research ability is the core competence.Without doubt,they should assume the mission of revitalizing the national scientific research.As important part of graduate groups,academic master graduate student is a scientific research strength that can't be ignored and the important reserve personnel of scientific research.Also,for the future social development,it plays an important role.Therefore,it is urgent and important to study the research ability of academic master graduate student.Based on the prominent problems in current academic master graduate student,this study chooses the topic which combines with the background of social reality and aims to explore the current situation and influential factors of scientific research ability of academic master graduate student.To achieve the purpose,on the basis of the collection and analysis of literature and using the nature of scientific research as the starting point,the author analyzes the three-dimensional structure of scientific research ability of graduate students from the perspective of the process.Also,on the basis of the study of the three major factors which influence the scientific research ability according to internal and external theory,the author constructs the theoretical framework for this study.Under the theoretical framework and combination of the open questionnaire and interview data,the author designs the questionnaire of the research ability of academic master graduate student.The author uses the mean interval to discuss the present situation of scientific research ability of academic master graduate student and the regression coefficient test to study the influential factors.Also,the author analyzes the mediating effect of scientific knowledge in the influential factors by structural equation model.The results of the study show that:firstly,the subjective evaluation on the ability of scientific research for academic master graduate student in Shanghai 985 College is not high.In the three dimensions of scientific research ability,the evaluation of implementation ability of scientific research is the lowest.Secondly,there are some differences in the research ability of the academic master graduate student in different background variables,and the differences are complex.Thirdly,most factors of the individual and school not only have a significant direct impact on the academic research ability of graduate students,but also have a significant indirect impact on the impact of scientific knowledge.The current status that graduate academic students' ability of scientific research is insufficient,to a certain extent,to worth thinking.At the same time,this study analyzes the direct factors and indirect effects of research ability for academic master graduate student,in order to find effective ways of effectively improving the scientific research ability of postgraduates.
