As the highest level of education in China's educational structure,graduate education has become an important force related to the country's future development.The essential connotation of graduate education is scientific research,and the problem is the prerequisite for graduate students to carry out scientific research smoothly.As a psychological activity of consciously discovering,proposing,exploring and solving problems,scientific research problem consciousness is the key factor affecting the scientific research ability,level and quality of postgraduates.Through the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of scientific research problem consciousness of Postgraduates of academic pedagogy in H University of Heilongjiang Province,it is found that there are some problems,such as the low level of Postgraduates' overall scientific research problem consciousness,the school scientific research environment needs to be improved,the guidance of tutors needs to be strengthened,and the accumulated disadvantages of social academic anomie.Based on the survey status,relying on the theory of creativity convergence orientation,build a multi factor analysis framework of scientific research problem consciousness,make the action mechanism diagram of the influencing factors of scientific research problem consciousness,and conduct attribution analysis from two aspects:Graduate Students' own factors including cognitive,motivation and emotional factors and environmental factors including school,tutor and social factors.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward two main ways to cultivate postgraduates' awareness of scientific research problems.First,starting from postgraduates,improve their own quality by improving their cognitive level,enhancing their internal scientific research motivation and strengthening emotional support;Secondly,starting from the scientific research and academic environment,we should improve it by optimizing and rectifying the scientific research system and study style of the school,strengthening the scientific guidance of tutors,and strengthening the social guidance,supervision and support.This study holds that the awareness of scientific research problems is the logical starting point of innovative thinking in scientific research activities.Only by cultivating and developing the awareness of scientific research problems of academic master of pedagogy and strengthening their scientific research ability,can pedagogy have a unique research perspective,cultivate more innovative talents and gradually meet the needs of establishing an innovation system in our country in the new era.
