The group knowledge structure of teachers majoring in colleges and universities is based on their professional life,which has the same professional objectives and is related to each other.The individual knowledge of teachers who work together in behavior is obtained by the senses,the types of knowledge involved in the process of thinking processing to collectivization,and the relationship between them.First of all,through the comparison between the group knowledge view of normal teachers and the traditional knowledge view from the three dimensions of existence,cognition and practice,this paper analyzes that the group knowledge structure of teachers majoring in colleges and universities is diachronic.The characteristics of super-subjectivity and inter-subjectivity.Based on this framework,it is pointed out that the rational group knowledge structure of teachers majoring in colleges and universities is valuable to the development of teachers' individual knowledge,specialty and students' thinking.Secondly,based on Marx's materialistic epistemology and Popper's subjective epistemology,this paper points out that the individual professional life of university teachers has three levels:physical objective state,subjective state of consciousness and objective content of thought.Then it leads to three types of individual group knowledge of teachers majoring in colleges and universities,including general knowledge,subjective knowledge and group knowledge,and the relationship between them:the third kind of knowledge is formed in the interaction between the first two;The third kind of knowledge is to change teachers.The powerful tool of the object world of group physics,and this kind of influence should be played by the human as the intermediary.Finally,this paper expounds the development strategy of the group knowledge structure of normal teachers in colleges and universities from two levels of theory and practice:at the theoretical level,we should expand the cognitive vision of teachers majoring in colleges and universities.To enhance the classroom reflection power of teachers majoring in colleges and universities,and to strengthen the internal and external communication of teachers majoring in colleges and universities,to strengthen the role of group knowledge of teachers majoring in colleges and universities in every stage of their development and formation.At the practical level,it is necessary to guide the national policy,the cooperation of local governments and the coordination and cooperation of colleges and universities.By encouraging teachers outside the region to move to the development of unbalanced colleges and universities,the proportion of teachers of teachers in colleges and universities is encouraged to move towards the unbalanced universities.
