With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for skilled talents is increasing.Some undergraduate colleges and universities have begun to change to application-oriented universities,and undergraduate colleges and universities have begun to assume the responsibility of training skilled talents.How to promote the development of skilled talents has become a hot spot of current research.The improvement of skills is closely related to individual psychological factors.Therefore,this paper takes college students as the research object,from the perspective of psychology,on the basis of observation and interview,uses self-made questionnaire to evaluate the present situation and existing problems of College Students' operational skills training,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on this basis.On the basis of summing up the previous studies on skills,this paper interviews some teachers and students in the Engineering Training Center of Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University,and compiles the Evaluation Questionnaire for the Performance of College Students' Operational Skills Training.Firstly,480 subjects were tested.After exploratory factor analysis,an initial questionnaire consisting of five factors,namely,comprehension,concentration,execution,emotion regulation and motivation,was constructed.Then 527 subjects were tested.The results show that the questionnaire fits well and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire have reached the statistical standard.It can be used as a tool to explore the differences in the performance of College Students' operational skills training.Using self-compiled questionnaires to analyze 527 college students who had participated in practical training courses at Tianjin University of Technology and Education,it was concluded that the overall performance of college students 'operational skills training was general and the understanding needed to be strengthened.The score of each dimension from high to low is in turn execution,mood adjustment,motivation,concentration,and understanding.There are significant differences between the two variables: gender and skill level.There are no differences in the origin,undergraduate students,whether the parents 'profession is related to their own majors,or the class type.According to the results of the survey,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of the operation skills training of college students:(1)The theory and practice are closely combined to enhance the students 'understanding;(2)Pay attention to the actual situation of different students and conduct targeted teaching;(3)Actively carry out professional-related competitions to motivate students for skills training;(4)Conduct appropriate psychological skills training to improve the efficiency of students 'skills training.
