With the rapid development of society,more and more social problems and social contradictions emerge,social work as a major to provide services for the social and gradually get attention.At the same time,education of social work at different levels has experienced rapid development.In addition,with the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate enrollment,the number of social work graduate students continue to increase.However,due to the short development time of social work education,lack of localization,low social recognition,social work graduate students easily get trouble and feel the pressure in learning and employment,which may lead to individual anxiety than the normal level and may cause serious psychological problems.In this paper,the questionnaire survey and the anxiety scale were used to investigate and measure the personal situation,learning and employment status and anxiety status of the social work graduate students in several universities in Jiangsu Province.Through exploring and analyzing current situation of learning and employment of social work graduate students,understanding the anxiety of the social work graduate students and the relevant factors.Finally,we aim to offer some possible suggestion to reduce the pressure of these students and try to improve their mental health level.Through the statistical description of the questionnaire data,variance analysis,chi-square test and regression analysis,the results of the study are as follows:First,the overall level of anxiety of social work graduate students is high,the number of anxiety accounts for 21.8%of the total number of respondents.Secondly,through the one-way analysis of variance,the author draws the conclusion that gender,family average monthly income,main source of life,evaluation of teacher's power,evaluation of professional practice,evaluation of life of graduate students,expectation of future work and professional degree,whether the internship experience has an impact on the anxiety score.Apart from that,through the regression analysis,it is concluded that gender,the evaluation of the teachers' strength in the professional teaching,the expectation of the future work and the degree of professional counterparts,whether or not there is a social practice is positively correlated between anxiety,and the average monthly income of the family,the main source of life and whether cross-professional research and whether there is a negative correlation between anxiety.Finally,according to the results of the survey,from the selection of Kaoyan,personal and family material and spiritual support,professional teaching teachers and professional practice,employment selection and job preparation in several aspects to provide countermeasures and suggestions.
