The Study On The Safety Risk Of College Students' Outdoor Bound Course

With the continuous development of society,modern educational concepts and educational thoughts have changed.As a new way and means to promote the all-round development of people,outdoor development has been introduced into physical education teaching by more and more colleges and universities.The issue of safety risk has become the focus of attention.In order to avoid the risk,some schools do not offer this course or refuse to participate in it,and organize outdoor development related activities.From the aspects of risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk control and emergency plan,the paper expounds the outdoor extension safety risk management,and constructs the key points of related teaching safety norms for different extension projects.The aim of this paper is to strengthen the risk consciousness of university teachers and students in outdoor development teaching,to avoid teaching risk effectively,to provide theoretical and practical basis for promoting outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of the risk of outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper analyzes the general and individual characteristics of the teaching risk of outdoor development course,and studies the risk of outdoor development teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of risk management.It is found that the universities that have set up outdoor extension courses in China have a good situation of teaching safety risk management,and the level of cognition and operation of teaching safety problems are at a high level.However,there are also some outdoor extension teachers whose professional technical level is not high,safety awareness is not strong,students who participate in outreach activities do not operate according to technical requirements,lack self-protection consciousness ability,equipment and equipment quality is not up to standard.In addition to the general characteristics of traditional physical education courses,the risks of outdoor development courses also have personality characteristics,such as the directness of physical and mental injury and the magnification of harmful effects.Risk identification is the starting point of the safety risk teaching management of outdoor development courses in colleges and universities,and follows the characteristics of the whole process,the whole staff and the dynamics of risk identification,and the analysis of the safety risks of outdoor development courses must be done to the students and teachers.Expand the equipment facilities,environment and medical security factors to carry on comprehensive analysis,understand the objective existence of risk,carry out risk analysis in an all-round way,risk assessment as one of the key links of risk management,from the possibility of risk occurrence,The negative impact or loss and the controllability of risks will be comprehensively evaluated for outdoor outreach teaching activities in colleges and universities,and risk control shall be carried out by means of risk avoidance,risk taking and risk transfer;before the implementation of outdoor outreach teaching,According to the results of risk assessment and combining with the specific environment and project characteristics,we should formulate the emergency plan of safety risk events in outdoor development course teaching,and scientifically deal with safety risk events and reduce the harm degree of risk events.Different types of outdoor extension teaching projects can cover the teaching preparation,implement and finish the whole process of teaching safety standardsfrom the two aspects of environmental norms and teaching operation norms.It is helpful to prevent and control the safety risk of outdoor development course teaching in colleges and universities.
