The teaching of dialectical materialism in geography teaching has a constitutional basis,and the use of dialectical materialist viewpoints and methods to solve key and difficult problems in high school geography teaching can be more effective.In this paper,the survey of high school in Yudu County shows that: teachers and students are full of anticipation for geography class to carry out dialectical materialism education;geography teachers' understanding of the principles of dialectical materialism and their application ability are generally not high;choose appropriate content It is the key to effectively conduct dialectical materialism education in geography classrooms by determining the appropriate themes and designing and implementing the appropriate themes.The way to carry out dialectical materialism education in high school geography classroom: First,give full play to the role of the main channel of the geography classroom;Second,meticulous design and organization and implementation of extracurricular theme practice activities.Through research exploration and practice,this paper has initially explored the specific methods for conducting dialectical materialism education in high school geography teaching through the above two paths.First of all,this article starts with the needs of the development of education in the new era,the current situation of dialectical materialism education in geography teaching and the need of students' quality cultivation.It analyzes and demonstrates the importance and necessity of conducting dialectical materialism education in high school geography teaching.Secondly,taking the geography of a middle school senior high school as an example,the content of dialectical materialism education has been in-depth excavated from both the teaching objectives and the content of teaching materials.Taking the dialectical materialist worldview,methodology,and epistemology as the guide,and using specific examples as materials,the materialist education in the anti-superstition education of students in high school geography teaching and the development of the relationship are fully elucidated.Epistemological education.Finally,the teaching process of dialectical materialism education in geography teaching was demonstrated with specific teaching cases.
