At the national conference on ideological and political work in universities Xi Jinping pointed out:"To do a good job of ideological and political work we must change it with things,advance it with times,complay it with the new situation.We must make good use of the main approach of classroom teaching and improve ideological and political theory courses.To strengthen the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education,meet the requirements and expectations of students' growth and development.” Improving the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important way and means to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a systematic project.Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities are the main approaches of ideological and political education.Classroom teaching is in the main position of ideological and political education.Improving the affinity of ideological and political theory teaching in universities is the key procedure to doing a good job of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The research on the improvement of affinity of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities has a certain theoretical and practical significance.The affinity of ideological and political theory teaching mainly includes two parts: firstly,under the guidance of educators,the affinity of the ideological and political theory class itself is disseminated;secondly,the active closeness of the educated.It has the characteristics of emotional sentiment,humanistic concern,intrinsic lateness and emotional resonance.And improving the affinity of ideological and political theory teaching does not vulgarize Marxism.The ideological and political theory teaching affinities is formed by harmony,unity and organic integration of the five major elements: teaching objectives,teaching content,teachers,teaching methods,and teaching environment.It is necessary to improve the affinity of ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities.On the one hand,improving teaching affinity is the need for enhancing the teaching of ideological and political theory courses.The teaching of ideological and political theory courses for college students is facing enormous challenges such as the pluralistic development of values,the rapid development of new media,and the enhancement of students' subject consciousness.The teaching of ideological and political theory courses can only adapt to these changes and further enhance the teaching affinity of ideological and political theory courses in order to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism.On the other hand,improving teaching affinity is the need for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political theory teaching.Raising the affinity of teaching will help enhance the identity of the ideological and political theory class and is helpful for the growth and development of contemporarycollege students.In order to obtain the current problems in the teaching affinity of the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey of 400 undergraduate students in four universities in Ganzhou city.Through the collection and collation of the data obtained from the questionnaire,it has found out that some college students do not have a high degree of identity in the ideological and political theory courses in universities and that their enthusiasm for learning is not high;and the relationship between teachers and students in ideological and political theory courses in universities is alienated.The main reasons are the disconnection between the teaching content and the students' needs,the single teaching method,the insufficient supply of some teachers,and the lack of teaching environment elements.The improvement of the affinity of ideological and political theory teaching should follow the principles of directivity,subjectivity,hierarchy,and integrity.And under the guidance of these principles,to reducing the repetition rate of teaching content,enhancing the sense of the times and reality of teaching content,highlighting the pertinence of teaching content,building a teaching content system close to the needs of undergraduates;exploring through interactive innovation,teaching method innovation,and means innovation to meet the needs of college students in the teaching methods;through strengthening the theoretical foundation of teachers,strengthening teacher morality,and activating the language of instruction to create a team of teachers loved by students;through the optimization of the facilities environment,public opinion environment,psychological environment,to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere.To achieve the improvement of college ideological and political theory teaching affinity.
