Education is the foundation of national comprehensive strength development.As an important force for education,the key role of teachers is obvious.The professional development of teachers is the process of teachers constantly updating,evolving and enriching professional knowledge and teachers' professional structure.At present,the development of teacher professionalization is the inevitable trend of education.Teacher professional development is the realistic need of teachers in the background of our society.It directly influences education quality and education level,which fundamentally restricts the development potential of China's future society.In recent years,with the implementation of the strategy of national science and education and the comprehensive promotion of the concept of rural teachers' professional development,the level and strategy of teachers' professional development are widely concerned by all teachers and society.To strengthen the professional construction of teachers is the leap from quantitative to qualitative change.Promoting the professional development level of teachers has also become one of the important means to improve the professional quality of teachers.Education is an important part of education in China.Its popularization and development directly affect the modernization process and national quality of the country.The quality of professional development in rural junior middle school teachers is related to the overall quality of education development in China.How to improve and improve the professional development strategy of rural junior middle school teachers has put forward higher requirements for teachers in the field of theory and practice.Under the background of new obligation education,promoting the professional development of rural junior middle school teachers and maintaining the sustainable development of education in rural junior middle schools has become an important task before us.This study based on the basic theory of the countryside junior middle school teacher professional development study,combining with Fengcheng,Jiangxi province in the countryside junior middle school teachers' professional development present situation investigation and study,and put forward the strategic research of the countryside junior middle school teachers' professional development strategy,try to through research to solve bottleneck problem of the countryside junior middle school education reform and development.This research uses investigation method,case study method,experience summary method,interview method and so on,to the rural junior middle school teacher professional development topic carries on the exploration and the research.Thus the new challenges and opportunities brought by the professional development of rural junior middleschool teachers.
