Design And Application Of General Affairs Management System Based On Intelligent Campus

The arrival of the era of big data has a profound impact on school education.The rapid development of the Internet of Things and the Internet has led to the birth of a new biology of Educational Informationization-intelligent campus.It is characterized by the penetration of wisdom in management,technology,education,service,humanities and life,which is a new mode of campus development.At present,the construction of smart campus mainly focuses on the construction of campus environment,such as basic network environment,digital campus,safe campus,smart teaching,smart educational administration,etc.The promulgation of the "Education Informationization 2.0 Action Plan" policy marks that the education informationization has entered a new stage of development.This research adopts the methods of documentation and interview,draws lessons from the experience of intelligent campus in campus environment,teaching and research management,discusses the design and application of general affairs management system based on Intelligent campus,and takes LC middle school as an example to illustrate the feasibility of building general affairs management system from various aspects,elaborates the design principles and objectives of general affairs management system,and studies the management system in middle school.Functional requirements,system architecture,ways and means of implementation,and application of management system in general affairs management.The core function modules of the general affairs management system in LC middle school include campus safety management,asset management,financial management,service guarantee management,etc.This paper introduces in detail the specific functions of the four modules in the design and the implementation and application process of the core module functions.The application effect of the whole system is determined by drawing up the core outline of interviews,identifying interviewees and conducting interviews.According to the analysis,the general affairs management system has basically reached the anticipation of using.Aiming at some problems in the application of the system,this paper puts forward some pertinent solutions to optimize the functions of the system.The system guarantees the school's education and Teaching Logistics work,improves the efficiency of the general affairs,and makes the general affairs management more effective and scientific in asset management,maintenance management and security.Defense and logistics management,so as to reduce the error rate of manual operation and improve work efficiency,at the same time,it can also improve the comprehensive strength and management level of LC middle school.
