| In recent years, with the advancement of the Internet and technology, sports fitness software and smart application equipment have developed rapidly and gradually expanded more application scenarios. As one of the main user groups, college students actively participate in running and use various related products in running. But there are still many students who have problems with persisting running. From the perspective of motivation theory, this article studied and summarized the influencing factors that motivate college students’ running behavior through theoretical researches, user researches and analysis of existing products. At the practical application level, according to the characteristics of college student groups, the research results are used in college students’ running, which is applied in the design of intelligent experience, and it is expected that through this project, college students will participate in running behavior and continue to exert some effects.(1)Through literature researches, sorting out the existing motivation theories and the intervention effects of different motivation factors in running behavior;(2)Using questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews to conduct user surveys on college students’ running groups and sort out college students running behavior process, extract running motivation and motivation factors, and summarize them;(3)Using Kano model to classify and prioritize motivation factors and summarize design strategies;(4)Identifying user groups and designing opportunities based on user surveys points, refining core usage scenarios, and using design strategies and design reflections to iterate the solution.First of all,it need to be clear that the motivation factors of college students’ running behavior are not the same as running motivation.Running motivation is the reason why users choose running behavior, while motivation factors are factors that can positively interfere with running behavior in running events, which can promote users to "passive"to complete running behaviors;the main research results of this project:(1)There are 8 main factors influencing college students’ running behaviors, which are gamification, social, community,Wechat group, monetary incentives, motivational information, goals setting and emotional needs;(2)use the two-dimensional quadrant method to classify motivational factors, which can be divided into internal and external stimuli;(3)internal stimulus refers to the motivating factors that strengthen the running behavior itself,in which motivational information,Emotional needs and goal setting are related to individual running behavior;communities and Wechat groups put individual behaviors in group environment to stimulate running behavior;(4)External stimuli refer to motivational factors related to running behavior, gamification, monetary incentives and socializing are all other forms of "reward" provided during running event to motivate running itself. This project uses the related research results to design intelligent experience solutions. After designing reflection and iteration of the scheme, the final product prototype scheme are finally produced. |
