Research On The Cultivation Of Social Work Talents In Private Colleges And Universities In Guangdong Province

In recent years,with the support of national policies,higher education has made great progress.As a new force in China’s higher education,private colleges and universities have developed rapidly with the policy.National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)defines private education as "an important growth point for the development of education and an important force for promoting education reform",which affirms the role of private education at the national level.Thanks to its strong economic power,good Lingnan cultural atmosphere and powerful policy support,private higher education in Guangdong province has developed rapidly.The system of private colleges and universities is flexible,and is autonomic in the choice of training methods.However,while comparing with public institutions,there lies an obvious gap between private colleges and universities public universities in terms of educational investment,professional construction and teaching staff.This phenomenon is especially obvious in the quality of professional talent training mode.Therefore,it is of practical significance to analyze the current situation of professional personnel training in private colleges and universities,find out the existing problems and put forward some useful countermeasures and suggestion.This paper takes the current situation of social work professional training in private colleges and universities of Guangdong Province as the entry point This paper choose one of the most representative ones from technical colleges,independent colleges and private universities which set up Social Work Major for a long time and have great influence as theresearch object.The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of social work professional training,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,approaches,ideas,methods and literature review.The second part begins with introduction of social work in private colleges in Guangdong province,and focus on three selected private colleges,analyzing their present situation and problems of professional social work from professional summary,curriculum setting,teaching management,teaching practice,teachers of dimension.The third part summarizes the existing problems on the basis of the current situation of social work personnel training.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasure suggestion aiming at the present situation.The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole paper.By means of literature review,interview and comparative study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of social work professionals in private colleges and universities in Guangdong province,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of social work talents in private colleges and universities.
