Research On The Countermeasures Of Private Social Work Institutions Participating In Social Governance

Premier Li Keqiang in March 6,2015,"Government Work Report" pointed out that "to strengthen and innovate social governance,the development of professional social work",will further promote the social work organization to participate in social governance,social work organization is the national governance system and Capacity of the important embodiment of modernization.and private social workers is one of the proper ineaning.highlighting the increasingly important role of social work organizations.As an important theme of social governance,social work organizations must face and solve the basic life of difficult groups,alleviate social pressure,but also to solve the livelihood problems,to build a new social order to make efforts,so it is in the mechanism,Aspects of innovation and social governance may make their own contribution.In this paper,in the perspective of social governance,the methods of documentary,case analysis,research and non-governmental social work institutions to participate in social management countermeasures.Text the first part clarified the institutions run by the local social work,social management,social organizations and relevant concepts,and describes the relationship between each other.The second part,the paper analyzes the non-governmental social work institutions involved in the present situation of the social governance,namely basic forming participation,social work agencies and major breakthroughs were made in social work talent team construction,and is involved in certain activities.Time respectively from the government,society and institutions themselves three perspective,points out some problems in the process of development and its reason analysis.The third part,on the basis of social work institutions to participate in social governance,try to put forward the following three countermeasures:the government level up the formation of governance division of labor and cooperation mechanism and perfect,buy social work service to guide social work institutions in development and promote the professional social workers are professional team construction,society needs to strengthen self-discipline mechanism and perfect professional supervision mechanism,and finally in the institutions themselves,should strengthen their own capability and internal management mechanism and improve the social identity gauge method.In this paper,through the above research method and train of thought,system research institutions run by the local social work theory significance and the countermeasure to participate in social governance,both is advantageous to the rich theoretical system of social governance,and to explore the practical way to diversify subject to participate in social governance.
