With the continuous deepening and transformation of Chinese education system reform,the operation of basic education group has increasingly become a key issue concerned by education scholars.The in-depth study on the operation of basic education group is helpful to open up new perspectives of relevant theoretical research,improve the efficiency of the utilization of educational resources,and provide a new way of thinking for solving the problem of balancing the development of high-quality basic education.At the same time,although the specific situation of the operation of each education group is different,some laws of education is interworking,By analyzing and summarizing some successful operation of education group business strategy,some reference can be provided for Chinese basic education group operation.This paper adopts the method of case study to carry out the investigation and research on the management problems of basic education groups.It takes Guangzhou GF education group as the research object and interviews 4 major leaders of the education groups.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the background introduction and theoretical analysis,It mainly introduces the research topic background,research purpose and significance,core concept definition,literature review and it also and describes the basic education group management of the relevant theoretical basis and reference for this study.The second part is the construction of the management framework of basic education group,mainly answering the question of "how the basic education group operates".Based on the governance theory,this paper discusses the changes of the role and responsibility of the government in the operation of basic education groups,as well as the protection and constraints in the operating environment,and analyzes the main operation modes of basic education groups by using the school management theory.Finally,it analyzes the benefits of the operation of basic education groups in China with the theory of educational equity.The third part is the case study of basic education group.Based on relevant theoretical basis and field research data,this paper analyzes the internal operation of GF education group from three aspects: organizational structure,operation mode,operation and benefit.In terms of organizational structure,the paper analyzes the organizational structure at all levels of educational groups and their authority arrangement.In terms of operation mode,the paper analyzes the current situation and main strategies of product management and asset management of education group.In terms of operating efficiency,this paper mainly answers the question of "how to evaluate the operating effect of basic education groups",and analyzes the operating performance and existing practical difficulties of basic education groups based on the theory of educational equity.Specific difficulties include: the internal management mechanism of GF education group is not perfect;In the management of intangible assets,the characteristics of member schools are not distinct enough;In the human assets management teacher's professional development is weak,the management team number is small and the teacher establishment is insufficient.The fourth part is the suggestion and the summary part.Based on the above research,this part attempts to put forward the optimization countermeasures of basic education group management from two aspects.In terms of external operating environment,it is necessary to improve the macro-management system of education collectivization in China.In terms of the internal operation of education group,it is necessary to standardize the internal management system of education group and build a new management organization structure which is suitable for operation.In the aspect of intangible assets management,we should promote the diversification of cultural sharing methods and protect the diversity of school culture of the group members.In the aspect of human assets management,we should enrich the means of training,innovate the teacher training system,establish legal person and professional governance structure,and seek policy support from government departments.At last,the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the shortcomings and future prospects of this research.
