In recent years,as a powerful means to improve the quality of teaching,promote the balanced and high-quality development of education,the basic education groups has been greatly developed under the advocacy of the government.All over the country are exploring and implementing the basic education groups.With the rapid growth of the number of basic education groups,it has achieved great a certain extent,it has restrained the overheated “school-choosing” and "school district house".It also have improved the teaching quality of each school in the group and promoted the development of education equity in the region.In this paper,two campuses of X Basic Education Group in Yunnan Province are selected as case to investigate and analyze the current situation.At the same time some suggestions are put forward to solve these problems of basic education group.The text is divided into five parts:The first part is " the introduction" which mainly introduces the background of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the study status at home and abroad and the research methods.The second part is "the overview of basic education group " which mainly about the definition of the core concepts,the induction of theoretical basis and the advantages and limitations of basic education group.The third part is "survey on the current situation of Yunnan X Education Group".Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic situation of the two campuses of Y School of X education group in Yunnan Province.Then,combining the survey data and results,it analyses the current situation of X Education Group member schools from five aspects:the management system and operation mechanism,the construction of management and teachers,the integration of educational environment and resources,the improvement of school running level and teaching quality,innovation and specialty.,The fourth part is "reflections on the current situation of basic education groups" exploring and attributing the problems raised in the third part,which derives from case to common problems.Firstly,this paper makes some discussions on the experience of foreign educational groups and enterprise groups,and then draws lessons from domestic educational groups.Finally,it puts forward some concrete suggestions on basic education group in this case.The fifth part is " the conclusion and prospect".According to the results of the above analysis of the development of China's basic education grouping research conclusions,and to make a summary and further thinking.Finally,the author thinks that basic education groups is of great significance at the present stage of basic education in our country,but there are still some problems in the present situation.To change this,we must pay attention to the factors of teacher flowing,campus internal management,and the establishment of quality system of running schools by groups,so as to bring about greater changes in basic education.
