Since 2015,when the state put forward "Mass Entrepreneurship,thousands of Innovations",the whole society has set off a heatwave of innovative entrepreneurship,followed by the fervent expectations of all walks of life for entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and how to improve the level of entrepreneurship education.It is an urgent task to cultivate creative and entrepreneurial talents in line with the needs of social development.This paper introduces the triple helix theory into the research of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China,and tries to explore the development of entrepreneurship education in China from a new perspective.By using the methods of empirical study and case analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China,and makes a case study of Stanford University and Shenzhen University at home and abroad.And try to build a set of eco-system model which accords with the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country,and put forward the cooperation mode with universities as the leading,industry as the carrier and the government as the support.This study is carried out from the following four parts:In the first part,the author introduces the triple helix theory as the theoretical support of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,expounds the connotation and development of triple helix theory,and analyzes the appropriateness of studying entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.It lays a foundation for the following case study and the establishment of the eco-model system of entrepreneurship education from the perspective of triple helix.In the second part,in order to grasp the current situation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the author makes a questionnaire survey and interview on the entrepreneurship education of college students.And summed up the existence of entrepreneurship education such as students lack of awareness of entrepreneurship,low enthusiasm for participation in enterprises and other key issues,and in the perspective of the triple helix theory,the status quo of the causes of analysis.In the third part,we study the excellent case universities of entrepreneurship education both at home and abroad,and select Stanford University and Shenzhen University,which have fruitful achievements in entrepreneurship education at home,as examples,and choose Stanford University of Foreign excellent Entrepreneurship Education as a case.From the perspective of triple helix theory,this paper summarizes the experiences of the two schools in government policy support,self-construction of colleges and universities,industry back-feeding and so on,which provides an important basis for the in-depth study of the development path of entrepreneurship education in China.The fourth part,from the perspective of triple helix theory,sets up the ecosystem model of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China,and puts forward the viewpoint that colleges and universities are the leading factor,industry as the carrier,and the government as the support,so that the coupling spiral development of entrepreneurship education can be realized through multi-party linkage.The effective integration of multi-agents makes the elements flow in the circulation among universities,industries and governments,in which macro-circulation forms policies,cooperation projects or institutions,and micro-circulation forms the output of each of the three parties.Give full play to the multi-agent cohesion effect,jointly promote the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.
