| College Students’ innovation is an important part of innovation achievements in universities.In the process of building an innovation oriented university and the innovative city, how to give fullplay to the enthusiasm of students in Colleges and universities, is of great significance to cultivateinnovative talents in Colleges and universities, the positive transformation of College StudentsInnovation Innovation of college students, the development of small and medium-sized enterprisesincubation, Ningbo regional innovation system. This paper intends to use the riple Helix Theory,starting from the three elements of University, enterprise, government, problems and the analysis ofstudents’ innovation current conversion mechanism, enrich and perfect the theory innovationachievements transformation of the universities, and puts forward countermeasures for reference ofrelated departments.Based on the concept of opening riple Helix Theory, firmly grasp the college students’innovation achievements transformation mechanism as the research object, using three screwtheory, the status of innovation of college students in Ningbo city transformation mechanismanalysis of existing problems, and puts forward suggestions.The paper first the author introduces the conception transformation mechanism innovationconcept and students basic concepts of three screw theory and three screw theory in use all over theworld and the definition of transforming students innovation achievements, and three screw theoryapplication feasibility of transformation in the innovation mechanism and transformation system ofriple Helix Theory innovation based on the results of factor explained. Then the author make use ofthree screw theory to analyze Ningbo city nearly five years of College Students’ innovationachievements transformation mechanism in Ningbo City, summarizes the current college students’creative achievements, pointed out the existence of current college students’ innovationachievements transformation mechanism problems and reasons: the first is the role of thegovernment is not enough; the second is the university can not provide sufficient innovation quality.Third is the Ningbo enterprises mainly to small and medium enterprises, science and technologylevel of these enterprises is relatively low, limited demand for innovation. In view of the aboveproblems, the author put forward some suggestions to perfect the transformation mechanism ofCollege Students’ innovation achievements three based on screw theory: the government should fulfill the function actively, promote the transformation of college students innovation; colleges anduniversities should play a role, to promote students’ innovation achievements transformation;enterprises should actively relying on university students to improve their technology innovationachievements transformation level and service ability. |
