Since the promulgation of "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards" in 2001,the physical education and health curriculum in schools around the country has been constantly reformed,and the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources play an important role in the physical education and health curriculum.Weining County and Ziyun County are located in the northwest of Guizhou Province and the southwest of Kashgar Autonomous County respectively.They are also national poverty-stricken counties.The relatively backward economy and culture lead to the relatively backward development and utilization of school education,especially sports curriculum resources in this area.However,there are solid folk sports culture and rich folk sports curriculum resources in this area.In order to alleviate the shortage of local physical education curriculum resources,the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources plays an important role in promoting the development of local junior high school physical education curriculum.This research takes the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in junior middle schools in minority areas of Guizhou Province as the research subject,and takes 12 junior middle schools in Weining and Ziyun counties of Guizhou Province as the research objects.By means of questionnaire,literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods,the development and utilization of Physical Education Curriculum resources in junior middle schools in Weining and Ziyun counties of Guizhou Province are improved.Through the research and analysis of the influencing factors,this paper makes a case study on the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in Ziyun Minority Middle School in Guizhou Province.The results show that:1.The development of sports curriculum content resources in junior middle schools in minority areas of Guizhou Province,75% of the schools introduced ethnic folk sports into the classroom,indicating that the development of ethnic folk sports in the region is relatively perfect,and 90.36% of the students expressed support for the development of ethnic folk sports in the county,42.1% of the students expressed satisfaction with traditional competitive sports,and new sports were carried out.Developing and utilizing in different degrees,50% of the schools develop their quality.Only 16.66% of the schools did not develop and utilize sports curriculum resources.Chi-square test showed that: P < 0.05,cf1-cf > 0,indicating that students in Weining County and Ziyun County are different in satisfaction with the content of physicaleducation,so the development of physical education curriculum resources between different regions should learn from each other.2.The development and utilization of human resources in junior middle schools in minority areas of Guizhou Province mainly includes human resources both inside and outside schools,including physical education teachers,students,school doctors,other teachers and relevant administrators.There are parents outside the school,58.33% of the schools develop and utilize traditional ethnic sports coaches.Chi-square test shows that the attitude of students in Weining County and Ziyun County to parents participating in national sports activities is the same,indicating that the development and utilization of human resources outside school in Weining County and Ziyun County are the same.3.83.34% of junior middle schools in minority areas of Guizhou province use simplified sports rules and autonomous sports equipment to teach physical education,66.66% of schools use local folk sports venues and equipment to carry out sports festivals,which shows that the development effect of sports facilities resources in this area is very good.4.Exploitation and utilization of sports time resources.The minority areas are used to develop minority sports,organize students to participate in extracurricular sports activities and extracurricular sports training,and ensure the time of extracurricular sports.However,only 8.33% of the schools have 54 hours in class,and66.66% of the schools focus on 5 and 6 p.m.,which indicates that there is irrationality in teaching in class.5.teachers' transmission of sports information resources is relatively consistent with the needs of students.The acquisition of sports knowledge and the development of sports information make full use of the Internet + sports,of which 83% of the proportion of safety knowledge indicates that it is more comprehensive.6.33.33% of the schools carry out outdoor physical exercises in combination with traditional ethnic sports activities in minority areas;83.33% of the schools use the physical and geographical environment of the school to carry out sports games.
