Research On The Regulation Of Sports Towns In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of Healthy China

"Building and sharing,and all people’s health" is the strategic theme of building a healthy China.Building and sharing is the basic path for building a healthy China.People’s health is the fundamental purpose of building a healthy China.The sports characteristic town is an important carrier for the development of the sports industry and plays an important leading and exemplary role in the development of the regional sports industry.The construction and development of sports towns and important measures to promote urbanization are important measures for the development of the national fitness industry,an important measure for the development of the sports industry,and an important measure to promote poverty alleviation.Based on this,this paper takes the regulation of sports characteristic towns in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of regulation as the research object,and uses the literature data method,field research method,expert interview method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.Based on the research methods,interviews and in-depth investigation and analysis of the sports towns in Shaanxi Province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the regulation of sports characteristics in Shaanxi Province,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the sports towns in Shaanxi Province.Comprehensive,healthy,coordinated and sustainable development.The main findings are as follows:(1)The main body of regulation of sports towns in Shaanxi Province includes government entities and non-government entities.Non-government entities include enterprises,associations,surrounding residents,and tourists.(2)Shajing Sports and Leisure Town in Dayi County was selected as one of the first sports and leisure towns in the country in 2017.The sports towns have become an important attraction or destination for regional tourism.(3)The characteristics of sports characteristics of small towns are relatively broad,mainly including the resources of sports towns,infrastructure construction,project selection and layout,industrial integration development model,regional ecological environment,regulatory means,and regulatory effects.(4)The Shayuan Sports and Leisure Town in Dayi County currently has more male tourists than female tourists;the tourists are mainly young and middle-aged tourists aged 25-35 and 36-60;highly educated tourists are the main force;Tourists mainly come from Weinan City and Xi’an;self-driving tour and high-speed rail are the main modes of travel;tourists are the main motive for sightseeing,entertainment and vacation in the town;most tourists prefer natural scenery and project experience;most tourists will only be here.Stay one day;more than half of the tourists are optimistic about the development prospects of the town.(5)The sports characteristic towns in Shaanxi Province are not well positioned;the homogenization tends to waste resources;the external characteristicsare obvious and the nature of local public goods makes the regulatory body with the government department as the core,and strengthens the regulation of sports towns.It is imperative.(6)There are weak infrastructures in the regulation of sports characteristics in Shaanxi Province,and there is an urgent need to improve and upgrade;the construction progress of the town is slow,the financing channels are not smooth;the shortage of sports tourism management talents;the lack of security awareness and measures in the town;the blurred tourism image Sports tourism resources are fiercely competitive,lacking practical issues such as effective allocation.Conclusions and Suggestions:(1)The research on the regulation of sports characteristic towns should focus on how to play the role of different subjects in the process of solving problems,dynamically review the regulation process,and pay attention to the formulation,supervision and enforcement of regulatory rules.(2)The status quo of regulation of sports characteristics in Shaanxi Province includes the main body of regulation;the principle of regulation;the goal of regulation;the content of regulation;the means of regulation;the effect of regulation.(3)The number of male tourists in Shayuan Sports and Leisure Town in Dayi County is higher than that of female tourists.It is mainly for young and middle-aged tourists aged 25-35 and 36-60 years old.The occupation distribution is scattered,and highly educated tourists are the main force.The military,tourists mainly come from other districts and counties of Weinan City and Xi’an area.Self-driving tour is the main mode of travel.The main purpose of tourists to the town is sightseeing,entertainment and vacation.The experiential project is the most popular type for most people.The natural scenery impression has a higher preference,and most tourists will only stay here for one day.Visitors are more optimistic about the development prospects of the town.(4)The sports towns in Shaanxi Province should increase the intensity of infrastructure construction;expand financing channels;establish a talent training system;standardize market order,protect consumers’ personal safety;increase publicity and promotion,enhance the image of the town;Constantly innovating the abundance of small town products.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the working mechanism,increase policy support,lead the development of fitness and leisure tourism,and foster the event tourism market.
