"Three-dimensional goal" and "core literacy" are different requirements for talent training in China in different eras.It is also the background for the compilation of the "Standards of Senior High School Physics Curriculum Standards(Experimental)"(hereinafter referred to as "Experimental Edition")and "Ordinary High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "2017 Edition").Clarifying the concepts of “three-dimensional goals” and “core literacy” can help to understand what changes have occurred in high school physics training goals and why they have changed.The promulgation of the "2017 edition" marks that China has put forward new requirements for physics teaching in high school and pointed out new directions.The “2017 Edition” has revised in terms of curriculum structure and course content,and put forward new requirements for the training objectives of high school physics curriculum.For the changed content of the “2017 edition”,it is necessary for frontline educators to learn and understand.Only by letting the majority of frontline educators understand the similarities and differences between the two versions can we better implement the fundamental tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in the frontline education work.By comparing the background and specific content of the "experimental version" and "2017 version",it is found that the changes of the "2017 version" relative to the "experimental version" are mainly reflected in the following aspects.1.Proposed a new physics discipline "core literacy";2.Course objectives had new starting points and requirements;3.Curriculum structure increased physical selectivity,highlighted the basic and systematic nature of physics;4.Increased the experimental content and it focused on strengthening students' hands-on ability and practical ability;5.The basic concept of the curriculum was more comprehensive,and kept up with the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era;6.strengthened the connection between physics and life.By analyzing relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Education at different times.The reasons for the change in the training objectives are mainly reflected in the following aspects.1.Keep up with the concept of international education,pay attention to the development of students' scientific ability;2.Solve the problem of the disconnection between the three dimensions of the “threedimensional goal” in the implementation process;3.Improve the goal of physics education and further reflect the value of subject education.
