A Survey And Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Sports In Schools With Independent Private Undergraduate Colleges In Xi'an

Taking 7 independent private colleges and universities inXi'an as the research object and referring to the basic standards of physical education work in Shaanxi ordinary colleges and universities,this paper from many aspects to discusses school physical education work,the setting and implementation of physical education courses,the students' sports associations and competitions,the construction and guarantee of basic abilities,the monitoring and evaluation of students' physical education fitness,and the students'sports learning,this paper investigates the current situation of physical education in Xi'an,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.In order to provide a valuable research case for the weak physical education in private colleges and universities in recent years,especially for the research of physical education teaching;in order to provide a reference for the independent establishment of private colleges and universities in Xi'an,as well as the physical education reform of various private colleges and universities in China,and provide a basis for promoting the characteristic construction of the physical education in private colleges and universities.The main research methods are:literature,interview,questionnaireand data analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:First,current situation and problems.Xi'an has made some achievements in setting up independent private colleges and universities,but there are also many problems,mainly reflected in:(1)In terms of school physical education work planning and institutional setting:each school has its own guiding ideology of School Physical Education(Physical Education),but it has advantages and disadvantages;most colleges and universities are pushing forward the reform of School Physical Education(Physical Education),some colleges and universities are relatively smooth,and some colleges and universities are not able to operate the reform of School Physical Education(Physical Education);in terms of working institutional setting,each school has its own disadvantages different,but the overall operation is relatively smooth.(2)In the aspect of learning situation analysis,the characteristics of private college students are reflected in the physical education class,showing problems such as weak discipline and poor skill learning effect;students' participation in extracurricular sports is acceptable.(3)In terms of physical education curriculum setting and implementation:from the perspective of providing more opportunities for students to choose projects,each school has room for further improvement;the organizational forms of physical education vary from school to school,mainly including club teaching,option teaching or module teaching;in terms of physical education teaching methods,most of them adopt the methods of explanation,demonstration and group practice of students,the teaching method is relatively single.(4)In the aspect of basic ability construction and guarantee:the sports teachers are mainly composed of full-time and part-time teachers,and the full-time teachers are not equipped enough.Teachers with high professional titles are mainly retired teachers of public universities,and those who come to work after graduation are mainly junior and middle-level teachers,There are many part-time teachers and they have strong mobility.In terms of the construction and allocation of sports facilities,it is common that the area of sports venues per student is not up to the standard.In terms of the types of venues,relatively speaking,some project sites are wellequipped,such as track and field,football,basketball,badminton,table tennis,etc.While some of the necessary venues are unsatisfactory.In terms of security system,almost all colleges and universities have no relatively perfect teaching security system,and even some colleges and universities have not considered to develop relevant security mechanisms.(5)In terms of sports associations and events:students' sports associations are relatively diverse,and the existing problem are that they are not closely connected with sports teaching and management departments;students' events are relatively rich,and each school has set up corresponding sports teams,but most of them are traditional sports teams with few characteristics.(6)In the aspect of students' physique test and evaluation:the content of the test is determined according to the National Students' Physical Health Standard,but the implementation of the management system of the physique test in most schools is not strict,and students' attitude towards the physique test is negative.Second,countermeasures.Based on the above analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)Make clear the orientation of reform and promote the in-depth development of School Physical Education(Physical Education)reform.(2)Improvethe content of physical education courseand develop students' physical quality in an all-round way.(3)Using diversified physical education teaching methods to stimulate students'interest in sports.(4)Comprehensive and diversified evaluation of students'learning effect in physical education teaching evaluation.(5)Set up a flexible way to introduce teachers and improve the overall level of the teaching staff.(6)Strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities to ensure the participation of students in sports.(7)Improve the safety guarantee mechanism of physical education and maintain the safety of students.(8)Improvement the management system of students' physical fitness test and strengthen the implementation.
